The 2nd Annual UNISONG International Song Contest
Created By Songwriters...For Songwriters

[Apologies to anyone who received this and is not interested. Simply hit
reply and type Remove and you will not be sent any further info. Thank you.]

UNISONG was created to be more than just another song contest with the usual
entry fees and promise of big prizes. The founders, Brett Perkins (Brett
Perkins Presents), Alan Roy Scott (Music Bridge) and David Stark (SongLink
International), all industry veterans and champions of songwriters' rights,
set out to create a tool to help educate and protect songwriters while
providing the opportunities the competition affords.

The 1997 UNISONG contest contributed over $5,000 in direct financial aid to
songwriter organizations worldwide, including NAS (US), BASCA (UK), SAC
(Canada) and ASA (Australia). An additional $3,000 was contributed to human
rights organization, Amnesty International, in support of their work for
freedom of expression.

OPPORTUNITIES

The UNISONG International Song Contest is a fantastic opportunity for
songwriters and writer/artists around the world to have their songs heard,
their careers enhanced and make a direct contribution back to the songwriting
community and world at large...all at the same time.

Your songs will be heard and judged all along the way by top music industry
professionals (A&R Executives, Publishers, Recording Artists, Record
Producers, Songwriters, etc.) for quality, craftsmanship and commercial
potential. They are not judging on production or elaborate instrumentation, so
everyone has an equal chance. This is a song competition and we are judging
the songs, not the demo.

Any judge who hears a song or artist that interests them can submit a request
for the contact information of that entry. With the writer's permission we
will supply the interested judge with that information. Even if you don't win
a prize, you could still be on your way to a publishing or recording contract
as a result of entering this contest.

YOU RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO YOUR SONGS. You do not give up any of your
publishing rights in entering the UNISONG competition. If you make any
publishing or other deals as a result of entering this contest, that is
entirely between you and that party.
