This event is produced by Holliston resident David Nickerson. For the last 3
years
Nickerson has presented this event as a one-day opportunity for new people to
come
together and share new music and new artists. Drawing primarily on Bostonís
considerable pool of rising talent in the folk/acoustic genre, Nickerson has
never had a shortage of quality artists interested in performing at the event,
which for the previous three years had been held at Hollistonís Lake Winthrop.
That abundance of artists has lead to presenting the event on two dates this
summer. These artists are a good sampling of the talent now growing in the
Boston and New England areas.
