SAM BUSH is flying high on the heels of his brand new release Howliní at the
Moon (SH-3876)...it hit #3 this week on Gavinís Americana Chart. Samís album
release celebration Wednesday night (6/10) at CafÈ Milano was a smashing,
sold-out success. Emmylou Harris wowed the crowd duetting with Sam on Song
for Roy, co-written by Sam and Jon Randall Stewart for the late Roy Huskey,
Jr. Emmy also sang a solo song, to the crowdís obvious delight. The TNN
news crew covered the event while Jim Pitt, music director for the Conan
OíBrien show, also enjoyed the big show. Hopefully Sam will make a solo
return to Conan (Garth Brooks featured Sam, JOHN COWAN, BÈla Fleck, and Pat
Flynn backing him up for a rare NEW GRASS REVIVAL reunion on Conan earlier
this year. The gang covered Patís Do What Youíre Gonna Do from Garthís latest
album Sevens). In more EPK news, this just in...weíve just received SAM BUSH

DONNA THE BUFFALO is Rockiní the Weary Land (SH-3877) bigtime! The band is
enjoying substantial airplay in college, Americana, and AAA formats. This
summer finds the band hitting the festival circuit--including Birminghamís
always amazing City Stages, the Chet Atkinsí Musicians Days in Nashville, the
Grassroots Festival in Trumansburg, NY (which the band hosts and helped
pioneer) and the legendary Newport Folk Festival! Everyone who hears ëem,
loves ëem...but you havenít heard anything ëtil you see ëem live! Rockiní the
Weary Land is clearly wakiní up the tired musical masses!
