Ahh, Kerrville! Just got home and have a burning question to anyone who was
at the Ballad Tree on the first Sat afternoon. A couple of guys did a song
called "Do you want a ride". My partner and I spent the entire rest of our
Kerrville time looking for them, in need of a cd. I know one of the guys was
Chris Williams (Williamson?). How do I get a cd????

[Alan sez: Most likely that would be our good friend Christopher Williams
<Cwsings@aol.com> and his friends Evan Brubaker <evanbjams@cakerecords.com>
and Jonathan Kingman. They tore the place up at Kerrville and are calling
the gigs that they do as a three piece "The Folk Monty". They haven't
recorded an album as the trio, but each has their own CDs. Evan is also the
man behind Cake Records and you can find links to his site (along with
Marjorie Richards and Jim Farrand) at http://www.cakerecords.com/ ]
