Paragon Light is a commercial photography studio that specializes, in part,
in promotional photography for acoustic performers. Our recent subjects
include Arlo Guthrie, Chris Smither, Steve Forbert, Fink/Marxer, Bitchin'
Babes, Susan Graham White, Al Petteway, Maggie Sanson, and Bill Parsons. We
offer quality photography in-studio, live performance, or on-location. We
have access to many venues in the DC/Baltimore metro area, where we connect
with artists as they travel through the area. Because of our "small town"
location, our lower overhead allows us to offer exceptional, "big city"
quality at affordable cost. Our style is conceptual, thematic, and
reflective of our personal love of folk music. A small sampling of our

We are also the official promotional photographers for the beautiful Avalon
Theatre in Easton, Maryland (www.stardem.com/avalon/booking.html). The
Avalon has a wonderful history, and is a local strong supporter of
contemporary and traditional folk music.
