Just sprung for the double album tribute to Pete Seeger, "Where Have All
the Flowers Gone".

Not a fan of tributes, 'cuz sometimes they just replay old ideas, this is
a gem. Bruce Springsteen, John Gorka, Nanci Griffith and others all
bring a fresh approach, phrasing, instrumentation and emotion to
well-known songs. The album also includes lesser-known songs that are
fun to hear for the first time. Ani DiFranco does a wonderful job - just
her voice and emotion, not the usual Ani edge, is the right touch. Roger
McGuinn's renidtion of "The Bells of Rythmny is great, too.

Worth the bucks, it won't disappoint, and thanks to producer Jim
Mussleman.
