Roger McGuinn has been touring occassionally with a solo,
autobiograohical, show that includes commentary and songs from
throughout his career. I did an interview with Chris Hillman, the
Byrds' bass player, last week. He's been very active since the demise
of his country band, Desert ROSe. In the psat couple of years, he's
done a great album, "Bakersfield Bound" with Herb Pederson and a
bluegrass album with Tony and Larry Rice and Pederson. He has a Byrds-
like country rock album due in a couple of months (on Sugar Hill)
that includes a 12-string guitar driven rendition of The Searchers'
Byrds-like tune, "Everytime You Walk Into The Room". Definitely worth
seeking.....
